This Privacy Policy explains how BulkMint ("BulkMint", "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the BulkMint browser extension and the BulkMint pages at ismynamedk.in/bulkmint (together, the "Service"). BulkMint is operated by ismynamedk, an independent software developer based in India. BulkMint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

In short

• BulkMint runs inside your own WhatsApp Web session. Your contacts and messages stay on your device and are never sent to us.
• The only information we hold is what you give us when you buy a license (your email and the phone number your license is for) and a record of your license key.
• We do not sell your data, show you ads, or track your browsing.

1. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, receive, or transmit any of the following:

• Your WhatsApp contacts, chats, groups, or address book.
• The content of the messages or attachments you send.
• Your WhatsApp account, credentials, or session.
• Your browsing history or your activity on other websites.

All of the above is processed entirely on your own device. Your imported lists, message templates, campaign history, opt-out list, and settings are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) and are not transmitted to us or to any third party. Messages you send go only to WhatsApp, through the WhatsApp Web session you are already logged in to. BulkMint does not route your messages or contacts through any BulkMint server.

2. Information we do process

• License key. Your BulkMint license key is verified on your own device. We keep a record of the license keys we issue and the phone number each key is bound to, so we can support you and prevent abuse of keys.
• Purchase information. If you buy a license, we receive your email address, the phone number the license is for, and your order details. Card and bank details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Support correspondence. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.

3. How we use information

We use this limited information only to: issue and verify your license; provide support; prevent fraud and license abuse; and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell or rent it.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we process your information to perform our contract with you (delivering and supporting your license), for our legitimate interests (preventing abuse and running our business), and to comply with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate the Service, for example our payment provider (to take payment) and our hosting and email providers. These providers act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data retention

We keep license and purchase records for as long as your license is valid and as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal compliance, after which we delete or anonymize them. On-device data exists only on your device. You can remove it at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

We are based in India and may process information there. If you use the Service from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India and in other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have rights under the GDPR. If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to deletion, and we confirm that we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of BulkMint, a browser extension and related pages operated by ismynamedk, an independent developer based in India. By buying or using BulkMint you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BulkMint.

1. What BulkMint is

BulkMint is a browser extension that helps you send personalized messages to people who have opted in to hear from you, from within your own WhatsApp Web session, with built-in pacing and safety limits. BulkMint runs on your device. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WhatsApp or Meta.

2. License

When you buy BulkMint you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension on the single WhatsApp phone number your license key is bound to. One license covers one number. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute your license key, and you may not copy, decompile, or reverse engineer the software except where the law allows.

3. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use BulkMint. You agree to:

• Message only people who have given you their number and opted in to hear from you.
• Honor every opt-out and stop request promptly.
• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and policies, anti-spam laws, and data-protection laws that apply to you.
• Not use BulkMint for spam, scams, harassment, illegal content, or bulk messaging to people who did not opt in.

Automating the WhatsApp consumer app can be contrary to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. BulkMint's safeguards reduce, but cannot eliminate, the risk of a number being rate-limited or banned. You accept that risk. We are not responsible for any action WhatsApp or Meta takes against your account.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Payment is collected through our supported payment method. Your license is issued after we receive successful payment. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or change BulkMint over time, including its features and safety limits. We may also suspend or revoke a license if it is used in breach of these Terms (for example, sharing a key or using BulkMint for spam or illegal activity).

6. No warranty

BulkMint is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that BulkMint will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will prevent your number from being restricted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ismynamedk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of a WhatsApp account, number, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of BulkMint. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ismynamedk from any claim or demand arising out of your use of BulkMint or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any rights you have under your local consumer-protection law.

This Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy applies to BulkMint license purchases on ismynamedk.in/bulkmint.

1. Digital product, no physical shipment

BulkMint is a digital software license. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no physical deliveries or physical returns. Your license key and install instructions are delivered electronically to the email you provide at checkout.

2. Refund window

If BulkMint does not work for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Email dk@ismynamedk.in from the email you bought with, including your order details and a short description of the problem.

3. When refunds are granted

We grant refunds for genuine cases, for example: the product does not work on a supported setup and we cannot resolve it, or an accidental or duplicate purchase. Refunds are at our reasonable discretion and may not be available where a license key has been heavily used, shared, or used in breach of our Terms, or where a number was restricted due to misuse rather than a fault in the product.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel an order any time before your license key has been delivered, for a full refund. Because a license key cannot be "un-issued" once delivered, cancellation after delivery is handled under the refund terms above.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
